Our 501c3 is Official!

​Yamhill Conservation Trust officially formed as a nonprofit organization in the state of Oregon on October 21st, 2024. It was a very long wait, but on YCT's first birthday, we were notified of our official status as a tax exempt 501c3 organization!

Now that we have a positive determination letter from the IRS, we will be able to move forward with many planned projects. And best of all, now we can accept your donations with the guarantee that it is tax deductible!
