Obtain 501c3 Status

Yamhill Conservation Trust offically formed as a nonprofit organization in the state of Oregon on October 21st, 2024. The process for obtaining 501c3 status from the IRS takes several months. We have hired the legal services of the Center for Nonprofit Law to represent us and help us throughout the entire formation process, including obtaining 501c3 status. Once we have a positive determination letter from the IRS, we will be able to move forward with our other projects.
