Amie Loop-Frison
Executive Director
Amie is a 3rd generation Yamhill County resident and has a small acreage in Amity where she tends to native plants and restores her 130+ year old farmhouse.
She worked for Yamhill Soil and Water Conservation District for 20 years as a habitat biologist before joining Yamhill Conservation Trust as Executive Director in 2024. Prior to that, she worked for BLM and private timber companies as a biologist focusing on threatened and endangered species.
"I am thrilled to continue building upon the protected lands program that YSWCD started 25 years ago. I am impressed daily with the love and stewardship expended by Yamhill County residents to provide healthy landscapes for both humans and wildlife."
