2026-2028 Strategic Plan

We are thrilled to announce completion of our first Strategic Plan which will be our road map to follow through 2028! Development of this plan was funded by the National Land Trust Alliance through an award of $25,000 from the Oregon Community and Capacity Building Grant Program. Thank you LTA! We are also underway with development of a companion business plan which will establish internal functions and layout specific land trust goals. We are also deeply grateful for the unique partnership in developing this plan. YCT is collaborating with Greenbelt Land Trust, Oregon Agricultural Trust, Willamette River Preservation Trust and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. This partnership will increase the pace and scale of land protection in Yamhill County.  We hope our plan will paint an exciting picture for you of who YCT is and where we will be going over the next several years....enjoy!
