Strategic Plan Partners

We are thrilled to announce our recent award of $25,000 from the 2025 Oregon Community and Capacity Building Grant Program funded by the Land Trust Alliance, Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts and the Oregon Community Foundation. Thank you funders!

This grant will be essential in funding the creation of Yamhill Conservation Trust's inaugural strategic plan as well as a business plan which will guide the organization for the next three years.

We are also deeply grateful for the unique partnership which was formed through the grant planning process. YCT is collaborating with Greenbelt Land Trust, Oregon Agricultural Trust, Willamette River Preservation Trust and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde to develop a joint plan which will increase the pace and scale of land protection in Yamhill County. The strategic plan will showcase each organizations strengths and allow us to work as a team to provide a multitude of opportunities to Yamhill County residents.
